5+ years Experience in Java / J2EE, Struts 2 and Hibernate 3.2, Experience in JBoss and My SQL would be added advantage.
Experience in Linux / Unix environment.

Must have the experience of a leading small teams.
Must have J2EE Architecture & Design Experience.
Must have experience with SSL.
Should have experience of Client Interaction.

Should possess leadership quality & managerial skills

Excellent communication skills
Must be team oriented & a self-starter
Valid Passport Required & should be willing to take up short-term onsite assignments.

Position also provides scope to do R&D on latest in J2EE World and transform it into solutions.

For Senior Developer :2 - 4 Years of Experience in Java, Struts, Hibernate - J2EE Framework.

Experience in JBoss and MySQL would be an added advantage.

Must be a fast learner, self starter and a team-oriented person.
Must have a thorough knowledge of SDLC./ Knowledge of CMMI process
