Job Description:

  • The candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience
  • Should be a Computer Savvy
  • Experience in outbound and inbound calls
  • Very good in communication (primarily verbal and written)
  • Knowledge on ITIL will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to handling voice and telecom infrastructure
  • Exposure to handling ticketing tools
  • Handled standard helpdesk application - chat, KM, Remote support, password automation

Added skill:

  • Windows Administration Skills

Experience: 1 – 3 Yrs



Job Location: Chennai



Working Hrs: Willing to work in 24X7 shifts (Night shifts as well on rotational basis)
