Job Description:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience
- Should be a Computer Savvy
- Experience in outbound and inbound calls
- Very good in communication (primarily verbal and written)
- Knowledge on ITIL will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to handling voice and telecom infrastructure
- Exposure to handling ticketing tools
- Handled standard helpdesk application - chat, KM, Remote support, password automation
Added skill:
- Windows Administration Skills
Experience: 1 – 3 Yrs
Job Location: Chennai
Working Hrs: Willing to work in 24X7 shifts (Night shifts as well on rotational basis)
